- Provisional License obtained from Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) for Import, storage, transportation, and processing of LNG, including building a terminal and berthing of FSU.
- No objection certificate (NOC) issued by Karachi Port Trust (KPT) to develop the project at the proposed site.
