LNGFlex’s objective is to establish and operate a Virtual LNG (VLNG) Pipeline and integrated infrastructure in Pakistan.
Tabeer Energy’s objective is to develop an integrated B2B RLNG (Regasified LNG) project that envisages end to end LNG supply chain to meet Pakistan’s increasing energy demand.

Bison Energy FZCO is incorporated in Free Zones of Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTA) under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Bison Energy FZCO fully owns LNGFlex Limited, Tabeer Energy (Private) Limited and Tabeer Energy Marketing (Private) Limited in Pakistan.
